The HSE, in partnership with Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT) under the PEACEPLUS Programme, is recruiting Project Managers (Grade VIII / Band 8a) to lead cross-border health and social care projects across the border region of Ireland and Northern Ireland. These posts are fixed-term (3 years) and will support the design and delivery of innovative, community-based health and social care initiatives, with strong relevance to:
• Older persons’ services and frailty
• Cross-border models of care
• Community and family-based supports
