To encourage collaboration and connection among dementia researchers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, DTI’s sister organization Dementia Research Network Ireland (DRNI) has introduced a new Cross-Border Exchange Scheme. This new program will facilitate virtual meetings and in-person travel to strengthen connections with talented scientists at multiple sites including Queens University Belfast and Ulster University. Ultimately, we look forward to increasing our capacity to conduct research and improve the lives of all people with dementia and their caregivers. Applications to the scheme are now open.
